TAXATION! (Of course, LOL!)

So let’s dive into the questions of curiosity!

 

Question One: Is taxation legal? Lawful? Or, perhaps, neither?

Vanessa’s Views on this are:

• I believe taxation is a direct attack on hardworking Americans and the families they are trying to support. People work, sacrifice, and take risks to earn a living, yet the government continues to take more from their paychecks before they can fully enjoy the fruits of their labor. If people were allowed to keep more of their gross income, families would be stronger, small businesses would grow faster, and the economy would thrive.
• My mission is to help clients fight back by using every legal strategy available to reduce their tax burden—up to and including paying no income tax when the law allows. Americans should not be forced to hand over more than necessary to a system that wastes, overreaches, and punishes productivity. I stand with the belief that people deserve to keep more of what they earn, and I am committed to helping my clients do exactly that.
• I also believe many Americans have never truly consented to the ever-expanding tax system imposed on them. We the People were meant to have a voice, and too often that voice has been ignored. Taxation has become a tool of control rather than a fair and limited means of government. That is why I am passionate about helping people use the law to protect their income, defend their rights, and push back against unnecessary taxation.

 

Question Two: Does taxation really work in a system riddled with fraud?

Vanessa’s View is:

• No taxation can ever be justified when the system itself is riddled with fraud. Americans are told to keep paying into programs plagued by Medicare fraud, Medicaid fraud, and Social Security abuse, while the people responsible are rarely held accountable. Hardworking citizens are forced to fund a broken system, only to watch their money be wasted, mismanaged, or stolen. People are right to ask: pay taxes for what? To support corruption, incompetence, and fraud in a government system that too often refuses to police itself?

 

Question Three: Do YOU like/support taxation?

Vanessa’s View is:

• I am strongly opposed to excessive taxation. Americans deserve lower taxes, more money in their own pockets, and a government that is accountable for every dollar it takes. With the fraud, waste, and abuse happening every day behind the backs of the American people, we have every right to question whether taxation is helping the country at all. The government keeps taking more, spending more, and fixing less—and hardworking citizens are left paying the price.
